With first-class service, we provide everything that’s needed for an epic experience, including Nerf guns, obstacles, a photo wall, setup, and teardown, ensuring great fun for kids and adults alike.

You simply provide the space and let us handle the rest!

Booking

To get started, decide on your favorite option below and then tap the “book now” button underneath!

Basic - $350

  • We simply arrive, set up over 20 obstacles, lay out the guns on a covered folding table, and let you take it from there. When 2 hours has passed, we begin clean-up.

Advanced - $550

  • We will help facilitate games to keep the action going! Capture the Flag, Target-shooting contests, and more. Of course, we are happy with a good ol’ free-for-all as well!

  • We’ll set up speakers with exciting, age-appropriate music for the battlefield! (You can also control the playlist yourself if desired.)

  • Fog machine! We have one and it really makes the playing area extra fun!

  • We will set up our mega tank obstacle! This thing is big and really fun!

Epic - $700

Everything from the “advanced” package, plus:

  • A brand new, special gun that the birthday boy/girl is welcome to use during battles and keep after the party!

  • We will provide you with digital party invitation artwork. You give us the party details, we send you the artwork, which you are free to email, text, post, or use however you wish!

  • We will provide you with favor bags for every participant which includes a small nerf gun to take home and other assorted (non-edible) goodies!

  • 2 hours of play for up to 20 people

  • Unlimited access to high-quality Nerf guns including single-shot pistols, 6-shot revolvers and 40-shot Nerf Rival guns

  • Buckets and buckets of ammo so nobody runs out

  • Sanitized safety goggles

All options include:

  • Red/blue jerseys so players can separate onto teams if desired

  • Numerous obstacles of various sizes, shapes and styles so players have plenty of places to launch an ambush!

  • Epic Foam Wars branded photo wall so the whole gang can get a great photo together

  • White glove setup and teardown so you don’t have to lift a finger!

FAQ

  • Absolutely! We are happy to add additional time at the rate of $100/hour.

  • Yes - once you party is booked, we will email you a link to sign a waiver. All participants (or their parents/guardians) will need to sign a liability waiver to participate.

  • Yes! Epic Foam Wars carries liability insurance. We have not had anyone be seriously injured at one of our events, but no activity in life is 100% risk free, of course.

  • Yes, we can accomodate additional participants for a fee to be determined depending on your individual needs. This helps us provide the best possible service and manage injury risks!

  • The ideal participant is at least 6 or 7 years old - loading and cocking the guns can be a little tricky for small hands and sometimes getting shot from close range can hurt small children!

    That being said, it’s up to the parents to decide what they want to allow.

  • We primarily serve anywhere in the general DFW area (and nearby suburbs).

    We are willing to travel to wherever you are in the USmand would only ask for a travel charge to be determined by how far away you are from Fort Worth.
